Sunshine Solutions - Education

Sunshine Pharmacy believes that one of the best ways to retain staff and ensure quality care is to offer excellent orientation to new employees and ongoing continuing education to existing ones. Our Education Initiative allows our partners in care to not only meet, but also exceed State requirements for inservicing. Monthly classes are prescheduled and are complimentary to our partner facilities.

Resident and family education is equally important. Our qualified staff is available to participate in family meetings, marketing events and activity programming when requested. The list of topics available is tremendous and reaches far beyond just pharmacy related subjects. Our Respiratory Therapist can speak on subjects related to respiratory care, pulmonology and much more. The diverse array of opportunity clearly sets Sunshine Pharmacy apart as a leader in not just pharmaceuticals but all things related to healthcare.
